KickzBrary is developed and published by HSL Innovations. This Privacy Policy explains what information KickzBrary uses and how that information is handled.

Information We Collect

KickzBrary does not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or location. The app does not collect advertising identifiers and does not track you across apps or websites.

Collection Data

KickzBrary stores the information you add to your sneaker library so it can organize and display your collection. This may include:

• Sneaker names, brands, models, sizes, and colorways
• Purchase details and personal notes you choose to enter
• Photos you choose to add to your collection
• Collection statistics generated from your library

HSL Innovations does not sell your collection data or use it to build an advertising profile. You control the information you choose to add, import, or export.

Photos

If you choose to add sneaker photos, KickzBrary may request permission to access your photo library or camera. This access is used only when you choose to add or create an image for your collection. You can change photo or camera permissions at any time in your device settings.

Import and Export

KickzBrary may let you import or export collection data. Files are handled only at your direction. Once you export or share a file outside the app, its privacy is governed by the location or service you select.

Third-Party Services

KickzBrary does not include advertising networks or third-party tracking software. If future versions add an optional service that handles data, this policy will be updated to explain that service before the feature is made available.

Data Sharing

HSL Innovations does not sell or rent your personal information. Your information is disclosed only when you direct the app to export or share it, or when disclosure is required by law.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can edit or delete entries from your collection within the app. Removing the app may remove data stored locally on your device. Before deleting the app, export any collection information you want to keep.

Children's Privacy

KickzBrary does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
